Come and explore the wonderful world of Cyanotype printing and toning with natural botanicals to create unique and beautiful pieces of art that both support and promote environmentally friendly and sustainable art practice.

In this workshop you will be guided by photographer and educator Hannah Carter-Orton in the art of botanical toning with cyanotypes using natural ingredients such as oak bark, pine, coffee and tea. This process transforms the classic prussian blue of the cyanotype into a diverse mix of earthy tones. You can bring your own cyanotypes to tone or work with ready prepared cyanotypes!

All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring with you natural objects for creating a cyanotype and wear old clothes/apron.
