Robin Wade – Ceramicist

Passionate about landscape and plants, Robin’s ceramic work is either inspired by her natural surroundings or designed to become part of the garden landscape. Her work ranges from garden sculptures and tile panels to jewellery and small vessels.

Clay offers Robin an opportunity to use texture, form and light to explore the transient nature of time and the seasons enabling her to express natural forms, which incorporate layers of memories.

Recently Robin has been combining her love of fabrics with her ceramics create a series of landscapes pictures inspired by shoreline landscapes.
